Manchester Properties will use the 6,000-square-foot building as an office space, which is located two miles from Southlake Town Square at E. Hwy. 114 and E. Southlake Blvd., adjacent to Kirby’s Steakhouse.

In negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the buyer while the seller was self represented.
