Located along TX-287, suite 124 will welcome Swing By Smoke Shop’s second location. This marks the tenant’s fourth overall location in Dallas-Fort Worth. Swing By will join the Tom Thumb-anchored Sublett Crossing shopping center which features tenants including Angel Nails, Family Urgent Care, H&R Block, and more. The tenant expects to open Q1 2022.

 In the lease negotiations, the tenant was represented by Jose Jimenez, while the Landlord was represented by Jakob Nunez.
