DALLAS, TX – February 18, 2025 – Vision Commercial  is excited to announce that Roger Smeltzer, Founder/Principal of Vision Commercial has successfully completed a lease transaction for a new Pollo La Pullita's location at 4345 W Camp Wisdom Road in Dallas, Texas. This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for the fast-growing quick-serve restaurant. 

Pollo La Pullita will open a 3,000 square foot location at the intersection of Camp Wisdom Rd. and Cockrell Hill Rd., further solidifying its presence in the Dallas market. The new location will be at the former Taco Bell site and offers excellent access from I-20 and S Cockrell Hill Rd.

Vision Commercial represented Pollo La Pullita in this transaction, while the landlord was represented by Andrew Shaw and Connor Cox of Edge Realty Partners. The new location is expected to open in May 2025.
