Plug and Play is a national group, based in Silicon Valley, that has partnered with the McKinney Economic Development Corporation to bring tech groups working on AI, cyber security and fintech to the city.

In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord while the tenant was self-represented.
