Kevin Goodman recently completed a lease transaction at 2221 FM 2280, in Keene,
TX.
This
August, Advanced Fitness Center will move into the 4,750 square foot space,
that has been vacant since pre Covid times. They will be joining Domino’s Pizza
and Soothing Nails. 2221 FM 2280 is located right next to Keene City Hall and
directly across the street from Elisa Carver Park.
Advanced
Fitness Center is using the space as a fitness center, tentatively set to open
October 1st.
In
the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord.
